Service terms
These terms describe the AgentiCall AI conversation service operated by Zhang Liu (刘章). Contact zhang3917@gmail.com. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard EULA. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Adults and AI conversations
You must be at least 18 and use the service only in supported locations. Calls are with fictional AI characters inside AgentiCall. The app does not reach real contacts or telephone numbers, connect users to each other, provide carrier minutes, or offer emergency services. AI output can be inaccurate; it is not medical care, diagnosis or professional advice.
You choose the role and subject of a call. Before AI processing, you must expressly agree to sharing audio, role, topic, goal and optional profile (nickname, gender and age group) with Google through our service. The privacy policy explains processing, retention, your choices and deletion.
Account access
Sign in with Apple or Google; your first successful sign-in automatically creates an ordinary account. Username/password sign-in is an optional entry for existing accounts. Keep your password private and use the same sign-in method to access the same account: Apple, Google and username accounts are separate and do not merge automatically by email. Existing password accounts can change their password while signed in. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account.
Call-time packs and billing
Eligible new users may receive a one-time 10-second guest trial and an additional 60 seconds at first Apple or Google sign-in. Unused guest time carries over, consumed time is not returned, and eligible direct sign-in may provide up to 70 seconds in total. Eligibility is checked against verified app-download and sign-in records to prevent duplicate claims. Signing out does not renew the offer or give a guest access to a signed-in account’s purchased balance.
5-, 20- and 60-minute packs are consumable in-app purchases through Apple. Each purchase adds its stated time after verification. They may be purchased again and do not renew automatically. StoreKit displays the applicable local price before purchase. Unused purchased time does not expire while your account is retained.
Time is deducted during active connected conversation, including silence, microphone mute and the closing interval. Ringing, setup, hold and connection recovery do not consume time. A call ends when available time is exhausted. Calls and notifications depend on device permissions, connection quality and service availability.
If credit is delayed, synchronize unfinished purchases or contact support. The same purchase is credited only once. Signing into your existing account retrieves its remaining balance; it does not regrant already-consumed purchases.
Refund requests are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's decision and applicable rights. An approved refund removes the corresponding time entitlement. If that time was already used, the adjustment may offset later credits to the account. This is an adjustment to call-time entitlement, not a subscription or a separate charge to your card.
Scheduled calls
A schedule requests an AI call at a future time. Ordinary notifications remind you to open the app; notification delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Keep the app's reminder queue refreshed when prompted. A missed or expired ringing window is not restarted by a late notification tap. You may pause, change or cancel upcoming schedules.
Permitted use
Use AgentiCall lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it to impersonate a real person deceptively, harass or threaten people, exploit or sexualize minors, request unlawful, sexually explicit or sexually exploitative content, expose another person's private information without permission, or bypass safety, account or payment controls. Do not use it for medical treatment or emergencies. Google also applies its Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
We may restrict misuse or harmful activity to protect users and the service. To report a concern or discuss an account restriction, contact support. No role-play instruction makes the AI a real individual or permits it to act on another person's behalf.
Stopping use and deleting an account
You can end active calls, pause or cancel future schedules, and stop using AgentiCall. Stopping use does not itself delete your account or request a refund; retained information follows the privacy policy.
Account deletion is available in My → Account Settings → Delete Account. Successful deletion permanently removes account access, schedules and call-history content and clears any remaining time. It cannot be undone and does not automatically request a refund. Review your balance and any purchase concerns before confirming. Limited trial-claim markers, retained financial records and provider retention are described in the privacy policy.
Service updates and contact
Service features, model availability and prices for future purchases may change. These terms do not authorize expiration of purchased unused time or retroactive changes to the time already purchased. Material updates will be reflected in these terms and, when appropriate, in the app. For support or questions about your rights, contact the operator above.

成年人和 AI 对话
你须年满 18 岁，并仅在服务支持的地区使用。通话对象是 AgentiCall 内的虚构 AI 角色。本应用不连接真实联系人或电话号码，不连接不同用户，不提供运营商话费或紧急呼叫。AI 回复可能错误，不能作为医疗照护、诊断或专业意见。
你设定角色和话题。AI 处理开始前，须明确同意将音频、角色、话题、目标和可选昵称经本服务发送给 Google。处理、保留、可选操作和删除方式见隐私政策。
账号访问
使用 Apple 或 Google 首次成功登录时，会自动创建普通账号。「用户名密码登录」是供已有账号使用的可选入口。请妥善保管密码，并使用同一种登录方式访问原账号；Apple、Google 与用户名账号彼此独立，不按邮箱自动合并。已有密码账号可在登录后修改密码。你应对自己通过账号授权的操作负责。
时长包和计费
符合资格的新用户可获得一次性游客 10 秒，以及首次 Apple 或 Google 登录额外 60 秒。未用游客时长保留，已用不返还；合格新用户直接登录合计最多可获 70 秒。服务通过已验证的 App 下载交易与登录记录核验资格，防止重复领取。退出不会重置活动权益，也不会让游客访问已登录账号的购买余额。
5、20 和 60 分钟包均通过 Apple App 内购买，是可重复购买的消耗型商品。核验成功后增加对应时长，不会自动续费。购买前由 StoreKit 展示适用的本地价格。账号保留期间，已购未用时长不会过期。
通话接通后的活动时间会扣除余额，包括静音、安静倾听及收尾阶段；响铃、建立连接、保持和恢复连接期间不扣时。余额用完时通话结束。通话与通知依赖设备权限、网络质量和服务可用性。
如果时长延迟到账，请同步未完成购买或联系客服。同一笔购买只入账一次。登录已有账号可以找回剩余余额，但不会重新发放已经消耗的购买时长。
退款请通过 Apple 申请，按 Apple 的决定及适用权利处理。获批后，对应时长权益会被移除；若已使用，相关调整可能抵扣账号未来新增时长。这是通话时长权益调整，不是订阅，也不会单独扣你的银行卡。
预约
预约是在未来时间发起 AI 通话的请求。普通系统通知提醒你打开 App，不保证送达或精确到达；请按提示打开应用更新提醒队列。迟到点击不会重启已经错过或结束的响铃窗口。你可以暂停、修改或取消未来预约。
允许的使用方式
请合法使用并尊重他人权利。不得以欺骗方式冒充真人、骚扰或威胁他人、剥削未成年人或生成涉及未成年人的性内容、索取违法、露骨色情或性剥削内容、未经允许披露他人私人信息，也不得绕过安全、账号或付款控制。不得用于医疗治疗或紧急事件。Google 还适用其生成式 AI 禁止使用政策。
为保护用户和服务，我们可以限制滥用或有害活动。如需报告问题或对账号限制提出异议，请联系客服。角色扮演设定不能使 AI 成为真人，也不能授权它代他人行事。
停止使用和删除账号
你可以结束当前通话、暂停或取消未来预约，并停止使用 AgentiCall。停止使用本身不会删除账号或申请退款；信息保留仍按隐私政策处理。
删号路径为我的 → 账号设置 → 删除账号。成功后永久删除账号访问、预约和通话历史，并清空任何剩余时长。操作无法撤销，也不会自动退款。确认前请查看余额并处理购买疑问。最少试用领取标记、保留的财务记录和服务商数据保留规则见隐私政策。
服务更新与联系
服务功能、模型可用性和未来购买价格可能变化，但本条款不授权让已购未用时长到期或追溯改变已购买的时长。重大更新会反映在条款中，并在适当时通过 App 告知。支持及权利问题请联系上方运营者。
